Terms of use.

Panda Roll is an AI video creation and sharing service operated by Enclave HK Limited for people aged 18 or older. Before registering or signing in, you must agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

Creating and sharing

Use only material you have the right to use. Do not upload or generate sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate, targeted harassment, exploitation, private personal information, fraud, or instructions for serious harm. Do not impersonate people deceptively or infringe others’ rights, and only import photos of people who have agreed to it. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may report a video, comment, or account and block its creator in the app. Blocking hides that creator immediately and alerts our moderation team. We review safety reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these rules, and eject accounts that provide it. Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent suspension.

You retain your rights in your original material. You authorize us and our processing providers to host, process, moderate, and deliver your material as required to operate the features you use. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review it before publishing.

Included credits and purchases

pandaroll is free to download. During early access, eligible new signups receive a one-time gift of 500 credits, representing US$5 of fal generation usage. At the launch rate, this covers four standard 15-second videos, with 20 credits remaining. The gift is added automatically after profile creation. One gift is available per verified signup identity; deleting and recreating an account does not renew it. Longer videos and remakes use the credit amount shown before generation.

100 credits represent US$1 of fal generation usage. Panda Roll purchases that usage from fal; your credits are usable within Panda Roll and do not provide access to a separate fal account. Larger credit packs cost less per credit; US base prices start at twice the fal usage value and fall from there, before applicable storefront taxes and currency conversion. The purchase sheet shows your actual local price.

The app shows the credit cost before generation. Credits are reserved when a job starts, spent on successful completion, and returned when generation fails. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Changes to model costs affect future quotes; review each quote before confirming.

Purchases are made through Apple; refund requests follow Apple’s processes and applicable law. Refunded credits are removed. If they have already been spent, generation may be paused until the balance is resolved. TestFlight transactions use Apple’s testing environment and do not represent a paid purchase or a cash balance.

Account and availability

Keep your account secure. You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. Features, availability, and generation models may change. Beta generation is subject to a shared testing capacity limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
